"I was a little worried when I ordered..."
I was a little worried when I ordered it because bottles don’t always make it through shipping in one piece. But when the box showed up, I could tell right away it had been packed with care. Everything was snug, padded well, and the bottle was completely safe inside. No leaks, no dents, no mess at all. it arrived exactly how you’d hope.

"Shipping Took Longer Than Expected"
The order did arrive, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. Everything was fine once it got here, just wish the shipping had been a little quicker.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting lol. They answered my question in the end, so overall it was okay.

"Looks genuine, but I’m still a bit hesitant"
The bottle looked legit when it arrived, and nothing immediately felt off. Still, I can’t say I’m 100% sure about it, so I’m left feeling a little uneasy. I really wanted to feel confident about this purchase, but i’m still on the fence.

"Fair price and worth checking out"
I thought the prices were reasonable for what you get. I usually like to compare a few sites and see what other people are saying before buying, and this one felt like a solid deal. Didn’t get that “am I overpaying?” feeling I’ve had on some other bourbon sites. I’d definitely check here again before ordering somewhere else.

"Showed up late, but it was fine"
My order ended up coming later than I expected, which was a little annoying. The shipping updates were kind of all over the place, like sometimes they showed something and then... not much. But it did get here eventually and everything was okay, so yeah, not terrible.

"Stock wasn’t really updated"
I ordered a bottle that said it was in stock, but after I already paid, I got an email saying it actually wasn’t available anymore. Kinda annoying, but they did offer me a swap or a refund, so it wasn’t like a huge disaster.
The inventory on the site just need to be updated better. I might order again sometime, but I’d probably wanna check with them first to make sure it’s really in stock

The return was easy enough and I didn’t have any real issues with it, I sent it back and the refund came through quick so overall it was a smooth experience.
